"Only stayed for a stop over whilst visiting family but was an ok hotel. Bed was ok, air con in room which made it comfortable. Breakfast wasn't the best as the food wasn't particularly hot. The kettle was hidden away and there was only 2 tea bags and I like my tea! Overall it was ok for what we needed it for."

"Very good, breakfast was very nice, our room 102 was lovely and quiet with good view of the gardens. Needs a bit of TLC in places but overall for the cost a very good stay in a great location. "

"We booked a room for 2 adults 1 child but, on checking in , discovered the room had only been made up for 2. However, Holly (the lovely lass on reception), was exceptional in getting this sorted. It really is a joy to find someone who goes the extra mile to own and sort a problem (especially when it was not one of her making)."

"I rang ahead as I knew I’d be late to arrive. The lady on the phone was very bubbly, polite and most of all; helpful! When I got to the hotel, the nights team were cleaning the reception area but rushed to assist me through the doors. The gentleman behind reception was very knowledgeable about local traffic and the best routes to take for my onward journey and even gave me a complimentary breakfast voucher as I didn’t know if I’d booked breakfast or if it was included or not. "Nice comfortable overnight stay for a reasonable price. Good food in the restaurant, again at a good price. Only slight criticism was that on check in and a couple of times we needed to go to reception, it wasn't manned and had to go look for someone. Would definetly use again. y "
