"Nice pool and gym. The room was small."

"Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room cleaning service was not provided, which was very disappointing. In addition, the room I was given was not in a good location. I even asked the staff to change my room, but they refused to accommodate my request. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service or my experience at this hotel. I expected much better customer service and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.😔"

"This was a wonderful historic property, some of the furniture was mismatched but it did not impact the experience of the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wish we had stayed for more than one night so we could have benefited from more of the amenities."
