"Arrival was easy and straightforward. The gentleman with glasses behind the reception (I didn’t get his name unfortunately) was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you . Had a quick dinner on my first night at the sports bar which was ok My best experience would be the spa especially to Mia and Katie. They are credit to the hotel as they are so professional and knowledgeable. The carvery dinner was great as the chef was great and kind and my lovely waitress Paulie(polly) was so attentive, polite...
"I stayed for one night while visiting my daughter at Chichester University and had hoped to find a hotel I could use regularly, but I will not be returning.
The website says parking is available, but the hotel car park was difficult to find, extremely small and full. After a 2½-hour drive, I had to navigate a very busy town centre to find alternative parking, all of which was chargeable. The limited parking needs to be explained much more clearly before booking.
I arrived at 2.30pm, but my...
"Beautiful rooms, I've never seen so many light switches and sockets to plug into ! let down by poor maintenance on the bathroom doors, which didn't close due to not fitting in the frame by a few cm! Maybe they were just being installed, but not great when you can't close the door.

Breakfast was good ! proper bread, and a chef who can cook eggs without them being snotty or hard boiled !
Room had...
"Charming, quirky place, more than adequate for a one night stop over. Pleasant room with nice, recently refitted bathroom - sadly very hot/stuffy during recent hot weather. EV chargers did not work for me unfortunately. Food rather uninspiring and underwhelming, otherwise would stay again."
"This hotel is a classic example of faded glory. A pleasant location which was near the Nyetimber Vineyard, which was the reason for the stay.
I did send them a message asking advice on local taxi firms when I made the original booking, which was never responded to at all.
The check in was interesting as the young lady stood up to recite her script of things we should and shouldn’t do in the hotel. This included the offer of cooked breakfast (continental is included). Amusingly, if you contact...
"Beautiful country pub type hotel. Quaintand very tastefully presented. Lovely room, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. If i have any negative it is minor. The windows were not double glazed and neded a bit of paint.
Otherwise excellent"
"Definitely a gem in this cute seaside town. Host was so nice and helpful telling us about things to do in the area. The spa was awesome as well. Love the common areas as well. Room and beds were super comfy and well maintained."
