"Unlike other upscale hotels in China, patrons were not required to take showers or wear caps in the pool area. Some were soaking with their T-shirts and skirts/pants on. I was not sure whether it was a natural hot spring as advertised. There was no signs stating the kinds or concentration of minerals in any one of the pools, I also wondered why herbs needed to be put into some of the pools if the Facility was bestowed with natural spring water. "The room was too hot the entire stay and we had to keep asking for towels etc for our daughter who was in the room with us. Other than that, it’s a good hotel, well located and with lots of inclusions. "

"I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The complex is new which really helps and I got a nice upgrade and the room was of a very high standard. The staff were very nice. As a foreigner the menu of food was very very limited and speaking English it was a challenge. However this is forgiven. A special mention Ms Li Xiaoyu who was very helpful and arranged my activities and and really took care of me during the visit! "
