"Good, clean hotel right next to the airport. Some of the room could do with a bit of tidying up - back of the door has blown from water/shower. But a good hotel, worry considering it's location to the airport and people coming and going all day & night. Lovely smell throughout the hotel - a pilot commented that it's the same smell throughout all Leonardo hotels worldwide! Definitely a great place to stay if you are flying out of Heathrow."

"Many things in rooms need maintenance. Dripping taps, bad sink drainage, no landline phone reception. But it is convenient & a good price. Further, the rooms do have an iron & an ironing board - a big plus for travellers."
