"The one thing we like about the hotel is that it’s close to the border with Gibraltar and the price was right. Right the hotel is being renovated so even though the noise was kept quiet some areas had dirt everywhere. But overall it’s a nice place to stay. One thing though, it seems that the hotel is a magnet for large groups; there were some sports teams staying there so if you don’t mind staying in noisy areas until late evening, good for you. I prefer quiet places while vacationing."

"This was the hotel that we really wanted to stay at in the area, and we're glad that we did. Nice view over the water, fantastic staff and the room was kept clean during our stay. However, there were a few small issues with the room that proper maintenance could have kept on top of - the recently repainted door meant that you had to give quite a shove to get into the room, but htat eased over a couple of days! A working safe would have been nice, and the shower provided more water than the drain...
