We had a balcony with a view of the air conditioners units. Lol. And the breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was a very expensive room and I would have expected more. However, the staff was extraordinary.

Our room was spotless and the staff unfailingly friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the coffee pod machine in our room. So much better than instant. Just a few details let down the rating from 5 to 4. We had to inform the staff that the desk light wasn't working and when we had run out of coffee pods. Both those things were fixed very promptly tho'. The area that really was the negative was the breakfast arrangements. The restaurant was too small for the number of guests and at times of high demand, guests were left queing outside the room waiting for a vacant table. If that restaurant with the pool bar was open during the day for light meals/snacks, that would improve the amenity of the adjacent swimming pool and serve those who didn't want to use the main restaurant on the ground floor.

Good location near Main Street and pubs and restaurants. The rooftop view is a bonus and the view from breakfast is great. Breakfast selection was plentiful. It’s difficult to get a taxi in Gibraltar and the visits to the rock require a tour (which is a monopoly run by one tour group….) so you are stuck with little options
