"This is our second stay at this location. It is so conveniently located by the airport. It is just a few minutes walk to the terminals. The hotel was clean, and even though located by the airport, you didn’t hear the planes! The room was spacious, clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, body wash, lotion, and a hair dryer. The staff were nice and helpful."
"We thought we had booked an excellent hotel till there was a glitch about servicing our room.
The issue was remedied by the staff as best as they could. But the disappointment about their services cannot be undone. They were extremely apologetic and even offered us free breakfast plus a bottle of red wine n chocs t make up for the inconveniences.
It was unfortunate that the cleaning staff let them down and we were the casualties.
All being said this is a very centrally located hotel."
"The location is perfect, close to the airport and train station right next. Very spacious and terrific beds in the room. The free breakfast was elaborate and they even have a on site spa with reasonable prices. Highly recommended."
"Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.
Wall in the rooms are not soundproof at all which is a surprise because I thought that was listed that they were soundproofed. Our neighbouring room woke us up one morning with them talking.
Water pressure in the shower was very weak, to the point where it ask it difficult to shower. This was on the 4th floor. Unsure if all rooms are like this. No electrical outlets"
"Excellent location. The property was in excellent condition. Very clean and super convenient to Everything! Great Communication. The team is very responsive and friendly. I would stay here again"
