Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, unbelievable Old Town architecture of the building itself. Could not recommend highly enough, but given the location can be noisy at night.

The hotel was excellent overall. Breakfast was great, room was clean and felt fresh and modern and the location was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back!!

The room was okay. We found hair and hair ties belonging to someone else in the bathroom, and the shower had no water pressure and did not drain. Otherwise, it was pretty comfortable and spacious.

Very good location in the city centre. Average, bordering to poor, standard/comfort/cleanliness. Noisy A/C, clogged sink drain, rock hard bed. Ok but no more. Make sure to check the reviews of the restaurant in the ground floor before eating there.

Das Zimmer 405 war sauber, hatte seine besten Jahre aber definitiv schon hinter sich. Insgesamt ein ziemlich abgerockter Eindruck. Nicht alles funktionierte mehr, manche Dinge waren sogar kaputt. Im Bad hingen die Handtuchalter und Klobürstenhalter auf halb acht aus der Wand gezogen, sodass die Dübel maximal noch halb in der Wand steckten. Thermost der Heizung nicht in Ordnung. Heizt permanent, obwohl abgedreht. Andersherum wäre zwar schlimmer, trotzdem, so viel Wärme in die Nacht entlassen, tut mir persönlich weh. LED Leuchtmittel baumelt verloren aus der Decke. Vorhänge, Rollos... Alles iwie einmal zu doll bedient oder was weiß ich, aber nicht wieder ordentlich gerichtet. Beim Frühstück das gleiche. Kaffeevollautomat funktioniert nicht ordentlich keiner kümmert sich. Das Ding tropft den Boden voll und macht keinen richtigen Kaffee, keinen Blick dafür. Keine Tassen da keiner kümmert sich. Erst auf Nachfrage. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Aamiaisajankohta myöhäinen, ei sovi liikematkustajalle. 7:30 on liian myöhäinen ajankohta ja silloinkin vasta 8:00 ruokien ottimet taroolla. Suihkuveden paine heikko ja lämpötila ei ole vakaa. Sänkyjen muovilakanat hikoavat, tyynyt täysin loppu. Mutta sijainti on aivan huippu. Turistille sopiva.

Anbefales ikke. Dårlig renhold både av rommet og spisesalen.Sofaen var så skitten så man ønsket ikke bruke den. Det var et tykt lag av støv på gulvteppet så vi brukte sko inne. Frokost ok, men ofte tomt av ulike ting som glass, bestikk og matvarer. De fylte på, men ikke fort nok.

Die Wände waren voller Flecken, im Badezimmer fehlten Fliesen, Klopapierhalter war kaputt Handtuchhalter ebenfalls! Silikonfugen waren verschmutzt oder gerissen! Otelin konumu harika. Mustec metro durağında indikten sonra sadece bir kaç adım atarak vardık. Şehrin tam göbeğinde. Prag a gezmek için geldiyseniz kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

It was not what we expected. Breakfast was okay, in a nice area down in a celler with different levels. But the room and service was lower than expected. Will not book this hotel again.

Great stay in Prague

Hotel was in a perfect location with all tourist spots (apart from the castle) within a ten minute slow walk. Lots of bars and cafes outside the hotel on the street outside. Metro just over the road and the tram only a few minutes walk away to take you all over the city. We felt very safe walking around the area at night time and in the day with no concerns. Reception staff very helpful although we did find some of the waiters a little grumpy at the cafe/bar and were left waiting for over 20 minutes on both our visits to have our order taken In all a great stay and I would highly recommend staying here.
