"On arrival and throughout our visit staff were not at all welcoming or helpful. We had drinks at the bar one evening and they didn’t understand our order and when corrected the lady that served us was so rude to us and started to slam the glasses. Breakfast was terrible and cold. The fact the bar and cafe closes early not helpful to those arriving late. Sunday everything g is closed by 6 in a hotel that’s bad service. Wouldn’t recommend another stay here."
"The hotel is part of a monastery and the interior reflects that. It provides a very nice view of the city. Very close to Prague Castle as well. The room was very clean, and the concierge was knowledgeable and helpful."
"Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am Expo-Gelände. Alles sehr modern. Garagen für PKW/Motorräder unbedingt bei der Buchung mit angeben, kostet €12 / Nacht"
