"This was the second stay, very convinient to walk to convention center and market place and restaurant are really good. Nice food and drinks at the lobby restaurant and walkable to other food places."

"There was no maid service the three days that we stayed at the Plaza. We had to go and ask for fresh washcloths and towels from the front desk clerk. We put the door sign for maid service out on Friday and Saturday but no one came to clean the room. "

"There was one elevator running for the whole weekend , no free bikes like advertised, breakfast wasn’t free had to pay for it . The staff was friendly but it wasn’t like other experiences I have had with other hotels . I was a disappointed honestly. Especially for what I was charged . The parking was another issue in its self . Just be sure to pay attention and read stuff and know it’s not like other typical hotels . "

"Nice property but there are a few issues. One is the barn door on the bathroom that is completely see through. Why do hotels think this is a good idea? There is only 1 hook to hang towels on. The blanket on the bed is very thin and not warm enough. The long windowless hallways in millennial gray were depressing. And worst of all was the overpriced breakfast buffet. It's the same runny fake eggs, fake OJ and sausage and potatoes as any hotel. But they charge $18.95 for it. On the positive, it's...
