"Nice place but the shower had many spots of black colored mold. The rest of the bathroom was clean and spacious. The bottom of the shower door, the corners of the shower, the caulk around the soap holder and some grout around the tiles had mold. It was so bad that I took pictures. I only know this about the one room I booked for the night. The hotel building was fine and the theme and names of rooms was fun."

You couldn’t even put the mug (from the hotel room not my personal one) to pour coffee in it because it is too big. In the room there are no sockets. I wanted to charge my laptop and other devices, I didn’t have where. There are two “sockets” on one side and the other of the bed STRICTLY for phone cables. Meaning you insert the cable directly. "Lovely room, well appointed. The staff were really helpful and lovely. A great stay all round. No negatives whatsoever. Very convenient for the city but also for the motorway network. The spa was one of the best I've visited on a hotel site. Recommend highly!"

"The room was brill for me as a single room but was updated to a Twin room which was excellent,and all the staff,waitresses,bar and reception could not be more welcoming especially whe you are on your own. Could not fault"

"We liked the availability of a pool and gym. The only real disappointment was lack of attention to maintenance hygiene in bathroom. Extract fan blocked with dust. Although bathroom overall very clean."
