"Really handy location so can walk to airport, however kept waking up to a strong jet fuel smell coming through the air con vents. Didn’t notice it on other stays though. Room was nice although toilet was loose and the flush mechanism kept getting stuck. But otherwise a great hotel! Restaurant meals are really good too."

"A night stay at this hotel as this is one of the closest hotels to Melbourne airport as we have a flight to catch in the early morning. Managed to get some decent food at the restaurant, sufficient rest and had a short airport transfer managed by the hotel. Good experience!"

"a little difficult to get to at the moment due to construction in the area. Confussion with concierge pertaining to free parking in our booking... Once we got passed these 2 minor blips our stay was fantastic. Room and view was great, bed and pillows very comfortable. Walk down front stairs turn left straight to free tram stop. Casino, convention centre, restaurants and DFO just across the bridge. Buffet breakfast was busy but had something for everyones tastes or needs. All the staff throughout...

"Booked a one-bedroom apartment. We were able to get early access. Unfortunately, it was a rather dark apartment. It was clean: I think the lack of natural light just made the room feel dull and dated. The lounge is a sofa bed and wasn't comfortable to sit on. The pool is a good size and able to use the spa with light or strong jets."

"the staff were lovely and welcoming! located right in front of a tram stop, and it's in the free tram zone. easy access to the CBD. only issue is that once one of the beds were moved, we noticed nothing had been vaccumed underneath it. you also can't take a lift from ground floor to your room floor, you must go up a flight of stairs and THEN take a lift. this wasn't a problem for me, but if someone is in a wheelchair and/or movement impaired, it becomes inaccessible. other than this, a pleasant...
