"I was happy overall. Big bedroom. Great location. However, the room was very dusty probably because the windows are never opened and although the aircon worked well the bed was roasting and we couldn't sleep. We were also given two singles stuck together rather than a king bed. Rattlebag was disappointing as a cocktail bar. The drinks were average and the vibe would have been better without the live dj blaring tunes. "

"Extremely happy with the location across from historic City Hall and close to tourist bus services. Staff made good suggestions for things we should see, which were walkable distances from the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel"

"Executive room was really lovely and i was also glad i made the effort to get up and go to the pool. Bar food was of fair quality only, and despite asking twice what time food was served to, when we tried to order 30mins plus before this time we were initially told no! Excellent young male bar man made my partner an epic long island ice tea."

"We were at my neices wedding ,the venue as always is beautiful bedtmrooms spotless clean ,lovely food and the staff customer service was excellent "

"Staff were very friendly and welcoming, including Dagmar the bar maid. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment hence the 3star for facilities, however the place is spotless. We were given room 407 and it was spacious and perfect. Breakfast was very good with a vast range of choices all freshly cooked. Breakfast staff were also very good, keeping everything clean and replenished. Thank you gasworks we look forward to coming back to see the updated refurbishments. "
