Very impressed with the drinks & snacks available in the foyer during the afternoon. Great to be able to have a cold drink or a coffee when I arrived back from my sightseeing!"
"The website shows that the hotel provides an airport shuttle service, but they do NOT. It cost about 40 euros from the hotel to the airport for two people. The staff was amazing and super friendly. The hotel itself is very basic and our room had trouble getting cool even with the air set on 15! Close to the airport was helpful for our 6am flight."
"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"
"hotel vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada e anche al centro. ideale per visitare il museo Pecci. quest'ultimo e' stato lasciato un po' andara tanto che stanno facendo delle ristrutturazioni. da ingegnere dico che era stato costruito alla pratese, al risparmio. in questo lo confronto col quasi contemporaneo Guggenheim di Bilbao. tornando all'albergo. clientela business e gruppi da tour operator.

"Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la posizione di questo hotel, nel verde, con ampio parcheggio e possibilità di cenare all’aperto. Personale gentile. Camera abbastanza nuova, anche se non grande (l’anta dell’armadio si apre solo parzialmente perché troppo vicina al letto), molto silenziosa e con la possibilità di fare buio assoluto. Da migliorare la manutenzione: i sanitari perdevano acqua, la cassaforte non si chiudeva. Buona la prima colazione, anche se migliorabile (poca scelta p.es. Mancava frutta...
"Il personale ci ha accolti con cortesia e disponibilità. Ho trovato la camera molto pulita e gli arredi in camera molto graziosi. Ho cenato in hotel e nonostante fossimo in un orario molto vicino alla chiusura della cucina hanno accolto ugualmente la prenotazione."
"The hotel is located very near the autostrade and outside the walled city. Access is easy and direct. Staff were multi lingual and friendly. English was not a problem. Parking is free. Breakfast is served as a buffet and you do need to notify if you intend to partake. It is 13euros. There is a good variety, but it is the same every day. There is an espresso/coffee machine. Nothing available to order.
