"A real hidden jem in a small village with lots of facilities. Opposite the Castle and duck pond. Not far to lots of tourist hotspots and when you get back plenty of free parking. Its an old building with creaking floorboards but that odds to the charm."

"We stayed one night, were thrilled to have found the Grousemoor County House BB. The facilities were top notch, staff so friendly and helpful and the décor (recently refurbished) was welcoming, warm and beautifully done. We attended an afternoon reception at the Grousemoor and the food was excellent and service exemplary. This BB delivers the standard we would all love but rarely get. I would highly recommend the Grousemoor to my family and friends."
