"For this kind of hotel (one geared for one-night stay travellers given its proximity to the airport) it was excellent. Staff helpful and friendly, room clean and comfortable, location close to good eateries. 10/10."

"Beautiful room, excellent location."

"This is a nice affordable hotel to use as a home base to go see Portofino. Its 2 min from the train station so no need for a taxi and the ferry to Portofino is maybe 2 min from the hotel on the beach. The room was clean has a good AC system mini fridge nice soaps, everything you need. It was also pretty big for Italy standards. The staff cleans the room several times a day. The hotel has a pretty nice free breakfast that's included with you stay."

"There were bed bugs in the rooms & we suffered all night as the staff never did anything to fix the problem."
