Guests can use the spa facilities and it is definitely worth it to find time to use them. Food is great and the staff is so very kind and helpful. Great customer service all around."

"Overall, a great hotel to stay at in Como. The location is perfect, right around wonderful restaurants to eat at, and of course by the harbor for easy access to boat travel. The room was nice and clean as well as a perfect balcony view over the harbor/lake Como itself. Breakfast was good and the staff were all very friendly including help with parking. Would definitely recommend if looking for an easy and comfortable hotel to stay at in Como. No complaints. "
