Amazing family run - so kind and generous. Absolutely beautiful location. Amazing amenities. Excellent service. Beautiful rooms. Delicious breakfast. Would recommend over and over again.

Great stay in a beautiful location!!

One of my favorite hotel stays anywhere - the setting is stunningly beautiful, the pool & spa were amazing, the service was outstanding, the property immaculately maintained, and the service from everyone was perfect. Incredible stay and highly recommend!

Exceptional stay with friendly service and exquisite accommodations. Beautiful views and area is charming. People are very friendly and willing to help Americans who cannot speak German and Italian. 😊

Beautiful property, nice breakfast, comfortable room and especially liked the lobby as we I was traveling with friends and we could congregate there.

Very beautiful, modern and well-maintained property with a very helpful staff. The surrounding area is beautiful - and it’s an easy bus ride into Bolzano.

This hotel is a gem! I was very impressed with how well appointed the entire facility is. The whole place looks newly renovated and very modern with the rustic look to it. The location was excellent, right downtown. The room and bed were very comfortable. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly I highly recommend this hotel and easily give it a 10 rating.

Hotel Greif is a lovely properly. Old town Bolzano is not that large and the hotel is right there off of Walthaplaz. The rooms are a decent size for Europe-with bathrobes and slippers in the room. The room was clean and quiet with a tea and coffee maker in the room along with tea and cofee. Breakfast was a...

Hotel Pfösl is a truly special place. The hospitality, serene setting, beautiful design and incredible amenities make it a perfect spot to escape and relax. We've really never experienced such great service anywhere else. The spa facilities and infinity pool are also out of this world. And the food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Loved the breakfast.

Fantastic experience! It is a hidden gem in Dolomiti. I cannot go back to return!!

Perfect location! In the middle of everything!
