"Very comfortable stay. The hotel was undergoing some renovations so sadly it wasn't as pretty but they did best to minimize disruptions. The staff were pleasant. I have no complaints other than parking was incredibly expensive though we knew that ahead of time and I imagine its similar to other hotels in this area. There wasn't anything particularly special about this hotel but it provided a good nights rest in the area we wanted. I would stay again if I needed to stay downtown. "

"The rooms are super comfortable and nice! The bed, sheets, pillows, and towels are all fantastic. But the experience was soured by the Destination Fee. Guests are given a card claiming $15 discount can be applied to room service. However, the In Room Dining has a bunch of fine print you don't notice when ordering. We ended up paying $28 for a $13 dessert and as far as we can tell we didn't get a $15 discount. It felt like bait and switch tactic. "

"Arrived at 10 pm with 2 50# suite cases. Both receptionist neither offered to help even once up to 10 Steps with my 82 yo mom in tow At 350 a night would like to have filled shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. I was looking forward to the scent. I had my own but at 350.00. "

"First we did not get free wifi on the 17th floor. I could when I was in the restaurant and lobby, but not our room. The sad thing is nothing you can control, but I have never seen so many homeless people in my life almost on every street. Did not feel safe unless there were several of us. The city really needs to do something about the homeless. It sure takes away from your city."

"Great location, very clean and comfortable. Parking garage half a block away from the hotel. A block away from Pikes Market and an easy 15-20 minute walk to T-Mobile Stadium to watch the Mariners."

"Love the cleanliness, location, and staff were great. It was quiet as well! We found the chairs in our room very uncomfortable, which was sad since we paid more for a higher level room with a bay view with the intention of enjoying the sunset from our room. "
