"The airport shuttle situation on my arrival day was a debacle, which was due to a new system, I was told. However, the shuttle driver and front desk person apologized profusely and did everything they could to make it right. The next day's shuttle was quick and efficient. Everything else was good. The room was clean and comfortable."

"The room was a little small and only one outlet in the room area. But over overall, it was good."

"There was no charging stations on the night stands. Also room was very dark. Lighting was very dim. One lamp didn’t work"

"We had an excellent stay and the team was very helpful in making our experience perfect!"

"This hotel is in a great location and right across from the public market. The light rail station was a bit of a walk but we only took it to and from the airport. I booked the larger hotel room and was disappointed because the AC didn’t work. The windows were open when we arrived and it was warm. Since our room wasn’t cool we had to leave the windows open and it was VERY LOUD outside since there are bars nearby. I didn’t report to staff because we only stayed one night."

"This was a wonderful hotel to stay at. The staff were all wonderful to work with and the hotel was a wonderful beautiful place to stay. There are convenient restaurants and shopping nearby. Will be staying here again."
