"Stunning views from restaurant and room across as far as lake Arenal. All the food offerings were fantastic from breakfast to evening meals using home grown and home made items. Regular supply of wildlife to keep you entertained. Only slight negative was a reasonably long walk up a steep hill to get to the nearest shops etc but that’s no fault of the hotel. Also be aware there is no A/C in the rooms if you are as lucky as we were with the weather."

Even though there was construction going on directly behind our villa it didn't impact our 3 night stay at all. I commend them for that. "We love to stay at Poco a Poco. We really appreciate the hot tub and the pool. The breakfast is fantastic and has great viewing for a variety of birds that seem to frequent the area. Its a good location for us as well with close access to the park and grocery store."
