Sehr lecker und auch vielfältig. Die Dusche am Kinderpool hat nicht funktioniert,scheinbar war das schon lange der Zustand. Folglich hat auch keiner geduscht bevor man in den Pool ist :(
Das WLAN funktioniert in den Zimmern gar nicht und am Pool und Speisesaal nur bedingt, so richtig nur an der Rezeption.
Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel sollte das aber meiner Meinung nach Standard sein."

L’hotel si sviluppa su 6 piani, con camere curate, silenziose e dotate di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi minuti a piedi da Via Nazionale e dalle principali piazze, senza salite impegnative.

"The property was relaxing and quaint. The pool was nice and the overall Tuscan country vibe and decor was nice. The location was good and the rooms were spacious. It was not walkable to anything but if you have a rental car the location is great because Cortana is a wonderful town.
The staff is kind and responsive however I had an issue with the cleaning ladies where they disposed of thing of my mine thinking it was trash. I found it odd that cleaning folks would take it upon themselves to...
"Sehr schönes Anwesen, aber leider nur von außen. Unser Zimmer war total alt und abgewohnt und hatte nichts mit den auf der Internetseite gezeigten Bildern zu tun. Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer gebucht, welches jedoch weder von der Größe noch von der Einrichtung den Bildern entsprochen hat. Im Bad war Schimmel an der Wand.
Die Dame an der Rezeption zuckte nur mit den Schultern, dazu könne sie nichts sagen.
Zum Glück hatten wir nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise gebucht.

Problema aquí, fue que tuvimos un percance con la renta del auto y no pudimos llevarlo, es carísimo salir de la propiedad a hacía algún pueblo cercano, así que si no llevan carro o mucho dinero, no es recomendable. Por qué tampoco cuentan con restaurante, tendrás que llevar tu comida, solo tienen servicio de desayuno, por lo demás estuvimos muy tranquilos y cómodos"
"Ottimo hotel e personale molto gentile e professionale. Letto comodissimo e climatizzazione perfetta. L'unica pecca riscontrata è la piscina che presenta sul fondo parti scrostate e le sedute imbottite delle sedie che sono da ripristinare in quanto ci si sprofonda.
