"I love staying here, it's a beautiful property and rooms are always perfect. My only negative this time was the staff seemed new (or tired) when trying to get a drink outside by the pool. It seemed others were frustrated as well and it wasn't overly busy. I know off days happen so it wasn't a big deal. They were very very kind so that made up for it. It just makes the experience 4 stars instead of 5."
