"I have never stayed at a friendlier hotel. The staff was so helpful and genuinely nice. Hotel is minutes from the beach and closer to kids area of Waikiki beach. Elevators were down for a day, but didn’t last long. "

"Great hotel and beautiful decor in the hotel and good food in restaurant. Hotel offered a 15% coupon to the hotel but we forgot to use it. We charged the dinner to the room but at check out the hotel wouldn’t allow the discount coupon to be added after the fact. That kind of sucked. Hotel did give half off on the valet parking which was nice Overall great experience and we would stay here again"
