"Lovely hotel, great facilities and best location, easy access to both Funchal town and the Lido area. Spotlessly clean and pool area beautiful. Staff super helpful, basic room and balcony very good. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel has a great location next to the Cathedral. Only problem is that it’s hard to get to with luggage, since cars & taxis can not get to the entrance. All the employees were helpful, talkative, and enjoyable. The free breakfast has a huge assortment of goodies and even hot items.. The one problem I do want to address is parking your car. When I reserved, it said parking available.. For some reason, I expected it nearby and free. The parking lot is a good 15 minutes walk from the hotel....

"Staff were lovely and the room was very big, clean and comfortable! As a solo traveller I would definitely stay here again!"

"Lovely base with plenty of nice restaurants close by!"

"Fabulous hotel stay. Large room with very comfortable beds, house keeping excellent, breakfast very good with excellent hot and cold food choices. Amazing pool with various sunbathing areas and sufficient loungers. Good snack bar for lunches and drinks by pool. Good indoor pool with sauna and steam room. Walkable into old town, with supermarket, and good bars and restaurants in local vicinity."

"Let's keep this place a secret. They were awesome."

"This resort is in an excellent location for tourists. Half way between the airport and the major city of Funchal. The views are stunning. The staff friendly and very pleasant. The food choices were vast and delicious. We signed up for the all inclusive and it was well worth it. Lots of great excursions, hikes, adventures, dining and shopping."

"Très bel hôtel où nous avons bien mangé. Les seuls petits bémols : nous n’avions pas d espace canapé pour la chambre Deluxe contrairement aux photos, le bruit extérieur et la signalétique des différents espaces de l’hôtel pas toujours optimale."

The property was exceptionally clean, with a breathtaking view and a spacious, comfortable apartment. There was a fantastic variety of entertainment options and sports facilities for the whole family, ensuring that everyone had something to enjoy. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Everything was perfect, from the...
