"Great location"

"Really good central hotel. Staff helpful & welcoming. Bedding, towels etc lovely and soft, bed also very comfortable. Food choice is good, I am GF which was also always accommodated. Hotel is not overly plush but location is a winner."

"Die Anlage ist atemberaubend, vorallem der View. Wir hatten leider kein Zimmer mit Meerblick, aber das nächste Mal werde ich eines buchen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal äußert freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Sunset-Bar. Das Frühstück ist sehr großzügig und sehr gut. Hier würde ich auch all inclusive nehmen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!"

"The only thing I liked about this hotel was its location. It’s very well situated."

"The hotel was spotless Is it 4 star ? There was kettle in room had to ask for one and pay a deposit The room it self needs to be updated plaster on ceiling chipping off I think it was 4 star 20 years ago but it needs a total refurbishment for that status now Or maybe expect to much"

"Such a great place to stay the local restaurants are a must casa mia & Trigo also Bahia beach stunning. The facilities are great and would definitely book again lovely staff who booked taxis instantly. All within reach of los cristianos, playa las americas and Adeje 15 mins. It’s a taxi to them area but not far at all"

"Upon arrival we were pleased with what we saw and check in. Room had a nice big balcony in front of the pool and air con was a nice touch. After a few days we were concerned that nobody had cleaned our room or changed the bedding or towels. Ring the reception and they said the cleaner was due to come on Saturday. We were booked in mon - Mon so Saturday wasn't good. Asked for new towels and was refused and told to wash them in the laundrette. Cleaner came on Saturday and swapped the towels and...

"Excellent hotel"

"Very dated apartment, poor Wi-Fi, broken locks on patio door. We have stayed in much newer and better apartments on this resort."

"The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was basic and the views depending on the location can be nice. The food was also very basic, but had some highlights on theme nights. Overall the place is really meant for families with small children. The all-inclusive part was not worth it in my opinion, the wine was terrible, the sodas were mostly flat, and the liquor selection was not great."

"Everything was good except that the food at lunch does not have much selection."

"Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do. I don’t recommend it at all."

"We’ve stayed at the Best Jacaranda Hotel twice before and had a good experience, but unfortunately, this visit wasn’t quite up to the same standard. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and housekeeping does a good job of cleaning daily. However, the rooms are looking rather dated. The biggest issue for us was the bathroom drainage smell. Whenever rooms nearby flushed their toilets, a horrible smell seemed to come through into our room, which was really unpleasant. The...

"The Sol Tenerife Hotel is a reasonable hotel at a good price , it is clean with decent enough food , nice balcony with a good view of the sea and or area. Cheap but the following to note... The room for two has one plug socket in the floor skirting, none for charging phones etc , the receptionist said this was normal. No bottled water put in the room, would have been nice to have a coffee on the balcony as it was pleasant to sit out. Single beds (hard to cuddle). Good air con and...

"The location is breathtaking. The breakfast buffet and staff are very good. Once upon a time a very nice hotel. Today though worn down over years. Particularly bathroom sink pulling from wall. Particleboard sink, baseboard crumbling. Bath fixtures old, tarnished and loose. The exterior of my room/corridor was both dark and deteriorating. Although they were repairing the concrete staircase there was flaking paint everywhere. Including the terraces of the room. Again a very nice hotel in...
