"Easy check in/check out at the kiosk. The staff was very friendly, and avaliable. Room service was excellent and fairly priced. I reccomed the pizza and pastrami sandwich. Great access to the city, lots of fun pubs close by. Walking distance to everything. Still water and toilet paper everyday. Excited to come back again!"

"Perfect location for Train station and shopping . Loved our stay at The Park Gate staff were very welcoming at reception especially Richard . Huge comfortable bed and complimentary Prosecco brought to the room to celebrate our Ruby anniversary. Room was lovely apart from the carpet which needed cleaning . Looks like children may have stayed in the room recently. Great thermal suite experience had the whole room to myself . Would definitely stay here the next time I visit Cardiff. Thank you"

"A bit hit and miss, convinced I booked a club room through Expedia, free parking and swim and breakfast. Apparently I hadn't ( according to the Hotel ) so had to pay to park, they waivered the swim payment as we only had an hour left on a Sunday ( closed at 1930 ) Checked in on a Sunday and forgot the following day was a Monday so arrived at 0900 for breakfast which was all over, so a bit of a disaster, some my own doing for not reading the breakfast times properly."

"The hotel was very nice, parking was simple. And the location was very good - the city centre was on the door step. There was Browns bar and restaurant in the hotel, and this was very good. Nice place if you wish to soak up the city centre atmosphere."

"Nice clean hotel located in the middle of the Harbourside. Room was clean, bed comfy with a good shower. Breakfast was plentiful. Small grievance - did pay over £400 for 2 nights so assumed breakfast was included. Had to pay another £60 so nearly £230 a night is a little pricey.."
