"The staff at this hotel was beyond fantastic. They were 5 out of 5 for dinner recommendations. The location is very walkable to some of the city's biggest attractions. Gondolas float by the window day and night. The water taxi entrance prevents you from dragging your luggage around the city. We had a large room with a large bathroom and a long but skinny tub. "Hotel was very nice. I did not like we had to pay a little extra to check in a couple hours early. This is just something that’s very different than America. The room was clean. The shower had terrible water pressure and the soap provided was not good. it was meant for your hair and your body, both which did not work out. The bed was okay. It was a little hard. Location was amazing. Very walkable to the train station overall, I enjoyed it. "

"Five stars all round for this stay. The staff could not be any more helpful. They advised where to buy a bus ticket to Venice for 1.5 euro. I am “ older” and walking with my luggage caused me to doubt my ability to do the bus. A taxi would have been 40 or 50 euro. I managed just fine! The room had everything I needed. As someone else mentioned the pillow is very flat. I solved that with a towel from the bathroom. My room was upstairs ( ugh!) but the carried my luggage up for me. I recommend...

The breakfast buffet was just what we needed every morning, with European and American options. The client experience made you feel like the most important person in the room. I would definitely stay here again. "
