"The hotel was beautiful. The location was great, right by a bus stop that took you easily into Lucerne and runs frequently. The breakfast was great- combination of European and American. Beautiful view of Lake Lucerne and the mountains. Cons: our room was hot, the ac system did little to cool the room, we had to sleep with the windows open and the hotel provided a fan on request. It might be better to have a room facing the lake in a lower level if this is an hard stop for you. Also, the shower...

"Original room provided was below expectations but we were then moved to an acceptable room. Very disappointed that for a four night stay a bottle of water was only provided on first day! For the amount we were paying it isn't much to expect. "

"We only stayed for one night as we on motorcycles trsvelling back to the UK from lake Como. We had dinner at the restaurant and I can confirm it's was truly delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a typical old swiss chalet with loads of character and it was comfortable, not 5 star but it met out every needs"

The staff was very helpful when we asked about what tours to take along with helping us register and pay for them. Located in a perfect area."

"Im Zimmer konnte nur ein Mini Flügel geöffnet werden. Das Frühstück findet leider nicht auf der Terasse statt. Ein separater Raum für die Fahrräder wäre in dem Preisniveau schon wünschenswert. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut."
