"Lovely hotel in the centre of Taunton - staff were really helpful and polite when we checked in. The room was clean, comfortable bed and clean bathroom with all the amenities - great water pressure in the shower! "This is advertised as a Radisson Blu hotel. It is not. It is now a majestic hotel. We stayed here 6 months ago when it was still Radisson Blu… I don’t believe any maintenance has been completed since the takeover - the staff are lovely and helpful but the hotel has lost everything about it that made it special.
