"The front office staff were not very helpful. We stayed over the weekend and after we booked found out there were no restaurant or breakfast options. We did try to cancel second nights accommodation within 20minutes of checkin, only to be informed the hotel would not refund/cancel second night. Also no service of room on a Sunday. We were not informed of this by the hotel. We received a message on Expedia messages. Unfortunately by the time we returned from our day’s activities reception was...
"Excellent location, with really great staff, and a very spacious room (queen standard) with a comfy couch, but not for those who seek quiet. Although the location was quiet with little road noise, sound travelled through the walls way too easily - conversations or coughing from adjoining rooms, doors slamming in the hallway, and water refilling something somewhere all night. Not the tranquil spot I hoped for."
"We were impressed with our overnight stay at Federation Motel. The deluxe room was clean, large & spacious. The King bed was very comfortable & the huge shower was very welcome after a long drive. Would definitely stay again"

"It’s the little things that matter, sadly they were lacking at this place. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, only a side table on one side of the bed in the bedroom. No clock in the bedroom and no dish cloth for the kitchen sink. There was also no pod coffee machine and although there was a French press, there was no supplied coffee. All of this is disappointing considering the price you pay."
