"Room very clean and well looked after throughout stay. Hotel is a great base for exploring DC and the key sites very walkable. Area is very safe and metro just round the corner."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"We arrived earlier than check in time and the staff stored our luggage. The sitting areas were clean and comfortable. We used the public restroom in the hotel to freshen up, it was dark in there, so the lighting could be brighter. Our room was small, with one King bed but was very cozy and comfortable. The security on staff after hours was friendly and informative with how to use the afterhours door and then offered us water to take to our room. They accommodated our late check out request...

"I was impressed by the hotel. It truly was a 4 star, not like others in that area that claim to be. Your staff was very helpful and professional."

"I was very disappointed with this property and would not stay again. There was a high pitch tone in the room at night and in the morning. There was a 30. daily fee added to the $300+ a night charge but could be used in restaurant so I went there for breakfast. The coffee was undrinkable and the food quite bad. Service the same. ugh Penty of other places to choose from."

"The location and walkability to all DC museums, monuments, etc., was exceptional!!! There were many diverse types of restaurants within just a few blocks as well. The hotel, lobby, and everything about our room was fantastic, and I will definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt next time I’m in DC."

"Love the location! The staff was great and the valet was wonderful!"
