"Great stay at Hotel Savoy Bern. T he hotel's location is terrific -- close to the old town and the train station. Room was quiet and comfortable, and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too."

"You can book, check in, and check out without ever speaking to another person… if that’s what you like, it’s great! We certainly missed the human contact. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay. The fire alarm was triggered while we were here (no big deal, just an alarm), which isn’t a problem except the stairwell door wouldn’t open to the lobby without a key card even while the alarm was going off, which is pretty concerning considering a lot of folks didn’t have their keycard in their pyjamas at 22:00."
