"The hotel and amenities are amazing. You are really wowed by the property! We did have a hang up with the staff, and my wife had an odd interaction with the check in staff. I just assume she was new and didn’t understand the process. But, then the next day a different lady who worked there also made a snide comment about conversation and interaction earlier, when it was the hotel staff who were confused and in the wrong. But, other than the 5 min interaction, everything else was very wonderful!...

"The stay was nice although I feel the price I paid was not worth it. The room was EXTREMELY dark. Even with the curtains open, several lamps on, and floor lighting I could hardly see anything. There was also an extremely loud noise that kept coming on. Whether it was a furnace or an AC unit, it kept waking my baby up at night, and my partner and I could hardly hear each other talk over it.
