"Lovely break away overnight for me and sisters birthday had lovely time all staff very welcome and friendly. Evening meal was excellent and breakfast was good choice to choose from. Room was excellent bed very comfy and looked out onto trees which was lovely seeing birds and squirrels couldn’t have asked for a better night away. Having mobility issues i found no problems with getting around hotel with walking aid . Thank you for a lovely stay . "

"Nice place outside Lincoln - easy to find, good parking, nice surroundings. Place is clean and tidy, room decent size with good facilities. Only issue was shower over bath which was fine but would have preferred walk-in. Good eating options at the attached Pub."

"The positives: the staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful, but not obtrusive. The room was nice, with no problems with the facilities. There are USB A and C sockets at the plug points. Everything just worked, so we had no need to ask for explanation. It has a pleasant village setting (NOTE - Hotels.com suggested this was IN Gainsborough - it isn't.) "I’ve stayed here before and will definitely stay again but only because it is convenient. The room was far too hot, and I remember it being hot when I stayed before. It does make for an uncomfortable nights sleep. There were some idiots banging doors and shouting down the corridor at 3am, not the hotels fault but it did frustrate an already uncomfortable night. The staff were not particularly welcoming. I get like a disturbed their conversation when I checked in rather than feeling welcomed....

"Took my wife for a weekend away for her birthday and stayed in one of the spa rooms. It was amazing. The spa bat has huge and having a personal sauna in the room was great. We took advantage of spa treatments which were so relaxing. Food and dining where great and staff were exceptionally nice and professional. Probably the best stay at a hotel I personally have ever had. We are already planning our return"

"Last minute booking as Hotels.com had double booked me and was stranded after driving 2 hours to get to original booking. Healing Manor is a character building which has all that you need with a restaurant, bar area and nice garden area...i do question the '36 Acre' manicured gardens statement as this is limited to outside the restaurant area unless clambering around the overgrown areas by the pond area is part of this. "Had a very enjoyable stay, the room was fantastic we had a suite with a huge bath tub, I am 6’ 3 so struggle to fit most tubs but this one had plenty of room for two! The trip was made even better by the lovely weather so we got full use of the hotel’s fabulous outdoor pool which was lovely so clean and warm too. All in all we had a great stay "

"A mid week mini break for my husband and I. I stayed in the Hideout several years previously and found the apartment to be what I expected it to be. Location in medieval part was ideal for exploring Hull. It is a short walk to the train station and there are several small independent cafes close by. Hull theatres and art gallery also within walking distance. A local Tesco at the end of the street is handy for supplies. The management of the Hideout is excellent. All questions answered and...
