"Don’t stay here if you expect the hotel shuttle to actually pick you up like advertised. We waited 1.5 hours and multiple calls to the front desk later without success. The service was horrible and they blamed us for their mishaps. We only had 3 bath towels in a room booked for 4 people and no one ever came up to deliver any other towels after being called. We also tried to talk to the manager in the morning only to be ignored. Customer service is 0/10 and would not recommend this place. There...

"Not treated very nicely by front staff (woman). Had to pay a deposit even though I used a credit card to check in. when I asked why the reception lady spoke to me as if I were a child that could not understand. Breakfast was nice."

"After being away in Europe and staying at many hotels I couldn’t rate the Marriott up to par. The bedding was showing wear ( the duvet was looking like it didn’t fit the cover and showed its age. All hotels I have stayed at had housecoats and slippers… none at the Marriott, the towels were not fluffy and looked like they were ready to be renewed. Surprising really as always thought they were a higher end chain, especially being at the Calgary Airport"
