"The front desk staff is not friendly. They do not accommodate early arrival. Waited 30 minutes for my room to be ready. Staff barged into my room afterward with “complimentary welcome pretzels and champagne” despite being half dressed. They excused it by saying “the do not disturb sign is not on the door”."
"This is a delightful Art Nouveau period hotel. We were given a warm welcome on arrival . It gave us great pleasure to use the beautiful lift (in keeping with the Art Noveau style) to get to our fifth floor room which was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was first class with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes.
Marcel and Dominik with the rest of their colleagues were really helpful providing us with maps of the city and great recommendations about places to eat...

"I liked the location of the property … I think was centered around places that I wanted to see …. but the hotel itself has old appliances such as AC system that works, but it’s loud and it doesn’t blow cold air. And interaction with the hotel staff was not as pleasant as I was expecting."
