"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). Electric sockets in hotel were not...

"The hotel and staff couldn't have been better or nicer. The location was incredible, the hotel was very nice, and the staff was great. I was traveling with two of my siblings whose mobility was restricted and the staff did everything they could to make our stay great. I would highly recommend this hotel."
