We loved our stay at the Eiger Hotel! The facilities, our room, the food and the service were all first class. The sauna and lounging on the deck area was a wonderful way to relax following a day of hiking in the beautiful Alps.

All the right amenities and spacious room. Staff were extraordinarily welcoming, and it was completely convenient for the train. Do eat in the restaurant and be sure to save time for the sauna and relaxation areas

Such a beautiful place to stay, our room was amazing and had a view of the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau right in front of us. The pool was great although could be slightly warmer. The sauna area was bliss.

Heaven on earth

Our room was immaculate when checking in and the entire staff was very informative and helpful. The breakfast buffet was everything you would want and more. Our dinner (salmon) was the finest tasting ever had and we eat a great deal of fish. Lastly, Maria and Joseph our servers and the chef are outstanding! .

Beautiful property and extremely peaceful. Lots of accommodating staff and the pool is nice and heated. Nice peaceful walk around town and lots of hikes available nearby. Be wary, the rooms don't have any air conditioning.

Absolutely wonderful experience staying here. From the minute we got off the mountain too train there was a porter waiting who seemed to know we were coming to the hotel! The hotel is lovely inside with lots of places to sit and relax and eat or drink. The pool was a big hit for my kids. Breakfast was perfect. And then of course, the setting and views. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

The property is high in the mountains and just lovely. The staff were wonderful, accommodating, helpful and kind. Our luggage was picked up at the train depot and delivered to our room without even asking!! The spa area was beautiful and clean. We at dinner at the hotel 2 nights and the food was superb. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Well worth the ride up the 'hill' to get there.

The property have fantastic view of the mountains . Welcome aperetivo for the guests is appreciated . They have a good breakfast and good restaurant for dinner . The room is pretty big . I think they need to consider air conditioning as we are experiencing climate change everywhere including Switzerland .

As we travelled around Europe for the summer, Susanna and staff were the most accommodating people we met. Even with sight tweaks to our schedule, they were very understanding and worked with us. The hospitality was above and beyond. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Pairing a great hotel location and view with great customer service is the best you can get. Definitely returning.
