"I stayed for one night. Getting from the airport to Sannomiya Station was smooth, and the hotel is less than a 10-minute walk if you don’t get lost. However, there was construction around the station, so I had to take a detour and ended up taking about 20 minutes to arrive. They had a gong cha (bubble tea) where you can get a free topping if you show your room key, Shake Shack and a Wolfgang Pizza place which we loved. The room was pretty big and very clean. The bathroom was stocked with amenities and always had fresh towels. The staff were excellent and extremely kind, always ready to help us if needed.
