"Deborah and Ian welcomed us on arrival and we were served a cream tea. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Ideal location to travel around Bodmin/Cornwall. "

"Really nice people to deal with. Property was of a good size, more than enough room. There was a strange smell coming from the rear of the fridge, but I forgot to report it. Probably nothing major. Really quiet place to stay. Nice lakes to walk around. Good food in the restaurant."
