"Absolutely wonderful!! Close enough to the Market Square to walk but far enough away where there isn’t a lot of noise or foot traffic! Plus, it is located right next to the park! Location was perfect! Also, it was super clean and secure. Everyone spoke English very well. Everyone was also very, very helpful and friendly! I can’t say enough about Amber Design and its staff! We stayed there for 10 days and couldn’t have pick a better hotel! Amber design helped make our family trip to Krakow extra special and relaxing! Thank you!"

"We had an excellent stay in the hotel, stuff are very friendly, excellent breakfast, very clean and modern. The hotel is a walkable distance to the main square and all shopping areas, there is loads of supermarkets and restaurants around so great choice of places to eat."

"Lovely hotel. We stayed in the Wawel suite, we stay in a lot of suites and this is one of the best we have experienced so far. Love the jacuzzi, it’s absolutely huge. I asked for them to arrange a heart decoration on the bed for my partner’s birthday and paid for the birthday cake to be delivered on the last morning of our stay at 9am and they were very punctual. The service we received from all the staff was amazing, I’d absolutely stay in this hotel again when visiting Kraków. Also, for some reason we got a free welcome drink due to booking via Expedia which was a nice surprise. "

"Beautiful, modern hotel in Kazimierz - my favourite area of Krakow. Great common areas on the ground floor - including a little outdoor patio, indoor working area with a fire pit and a cafe/bakery. Coffee machine available for guests to use free of charge 24/7. Very nice sauna and a small but functional gym - no pool. The rooms were modern, clean and spacious. We had dinner at the Halicka Eatery restaurant within the hotel and it was 10/10! Small dishes, a play on Polish cuisine with a modern twist. We did not opt for breakfast so cannot comment but I imagine it would have been very nice too (although quite expensive for local prices). Great location very close to all that Kazimierz has to offer - mainly beautiful relicts of Jewish history in the region. Also about 15min walk away from the old town and main square. We would definitely stay again when coming back to Krakow. Thank you! "
