"It was an amazing stay! The staff is always so welcoming and incredibly nice! However, the hotel needs some much needed remodeling in the rooms. The showers water pressure is really slow and needs new heads. The AC panel needs to be changed. Our mini bar would sporadically be filled but not always. Everything else was absolutely amazing! I would recommend it to friends and family. "

"As a family of 4 we had an amazing time doing all inclusive and look forward to going back next year! This resort is super family friendly with so many activities and great pools for all ages. "So this is not the spot you want to go to for a raucous time like other properties. This is a very nice and quiet place w amazing service. I did go with the all inclusive and like other places around Puerto with 5 places to eat, this one only has two. Food quality was good, not spectacular, but that is not something I usually expect at all inclusive spots. The room was amazing w a ton of space. A separate sitting area from the sleeping area so great if you have someone that wants to stay up...
