"The staff were wonderful, kind, and professional. They would go over and above to assist. We were limited to 3 restaurants; 2 were a buffet style which is not my thing. There is pool service for food and drinks. There is no shuttle to and from the airport. A taxi, Uber or other transportation is required if you are planning on leaving the resort for an outing. The drive to Sayulita was easy and quick. The weather was great, and there was no rip current. 10 mins from bucerias and 45 min...

"Location location location is pretty much all this place has to offer. Our first room was next to a room that was being renovated from 9a.m to 6 p.m. They told us to get outa our room 11a.m but had to wait till 3 to get into other room. Originally the guy at front desk said we could be in our new room by 12. So that was a bummer. The hotel is old and the elevator was down for 2 days which was a drag since we were on the 4th floor and I just had a ankle fusion. I did like the entertainment...

"very friendly staff, very helpful."

"Excellent breakfast Staff very friendly"

"Only 1 lady was helpful I wish I knew her name … if it wasn’t for her I’d still be trying to get WiFi air not working in room and the free mini bar in the room was 1 beer moved to a different room where they were doing construction above our heads … the shower plumbing was not attached, it was a horrible experience and a birthday surprise and he said the worse hotel he had ever been at… I was so sad … nothing looked good I didn’t eat I think I had 1 beer and then we left after 3 hrs"

"GREAT RESORT"

"loved it"

"They are still in the process of remodeling and adding on. They are building a restaurant right by the pool so you could hear that construction while at the pool. Only one out of five elevators were working. The fire alarm went off everyday due to them working on the elevators. The breakfast buffet was in the sports bar due to remodeling. We will go back eventually, just going to wait two years."

"Great resort! I’d say it’s 5 stars. Service was excellent, suite was clean, and food was wonderful. Beautiful views. No notes."

"Excelente lugar para descansar y alejarte de las prisas de la ciudad"

"Pool was dirty. Chaise lounges old and rusty"
