"Best thing for our vacation was stay in Sanna Ubud. We enjoyed villa, pool, bar and restaurant and indulge in spa. Location was perfect for multiple trips to surrounding Ubud. We will definitely be back here. "

Hotel addressed the issues quickly by changing our villa and cleaning dirty items, however the first negative impression took the shine off our otherwise enjoyable stay in Ubud which was unfortunate.
