"The room did not have a clean floors. Breakfast has no forks again just like when we stayed upon arrival do three days at he brining of he trip. We needed bathroom supplies, explained at the desk but nothing happened. Lots of staff, only a few were outstanding! I’m really disappointed in Best Western Plus! I have been a long time beat western customer and this is the worst have ever seen. I understand Reno’s but inside ahouks be clean! Not a happy customer"

"Im großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel gut. Es gibt 3-5 Min erreichbar eine gute Zug / Busverbindung. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Während unserem Aufenthalt ging leider 1,5 Tage kein Warmwasser. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls in Ordnung, es gibt keine besonders große Auswahl. "

"Ich gehe nur auf die Punkte ein, die mich störten: 1. Es gibt keine normale Tür zum Bad (!) Es sind Zwei hängende Sichtschutztüren angebracht mit ca. 10 cm langen Spalten oben und unten. Das Bad selbst ist winzig. 2. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, sodass man die Nachbarn hört und auch die Haupttür weißt ca. 2 cm spalt unten auf. 3. in der Nacht kann das Zimmer nicht ordentlich beleuchet werden. Es sind nur gelbe Deko-Leuchten vorhanden, die zwar fürs Ambiente sorgen, aber nicht um ein Buch im Bett...
