"Hotel was conveniently located (though not right in downtown core). Grocery store, gas station and other amentities next door. You could easily walk to the downtown (approx. 25 minutes) or drive as noticed a few different public parking areas. I mainly appreciated that the hotel had parking on-site and check-in was very efficient as I completed a pre-arrival check-in form. Would stay again."
"The WiFi kept dropping out our entire stay. We were lucky if we could connect for 2-3 minutes at a time- which also meant the tv wouldn’t work. We asked them to take a look- but all they could do was reset the router. They did offer to move us to another room that may have better WiFi- but packing up all of our things up would’ve been a huge undertaking"
"Room was pretty dated, room had one double bed and a twin bed as opposed to just having a Queen or King bed, which crammed the room, less space to move. Also shower was pretty dated, like stepping into a bath tub to take a shower, and very little space for moving in the shower. On top of it, room AC didn't work, and we realized it in the middle of the night when we weren't able to sleep and woke up feeling hot. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, not worth the money, its a waste...
"It was a nice property in a very good location with a small market store at street level. There is a small window for check in time however, from 3-6, so that can be inconvenient."

"Hotel is walkable to dining, shopping as well as train & bus stations. We didn’t have a car. Hotel has a few bicycles for use. We rode to Ross Castle and the Natl Park adjacent. Staff at hotel is excellent. Very helpful and courteous. They even went outside to help with the bikes. Definitely an upscale feel to hotel and we were treated nicely even though we’re more common. Room was clean, quiet and roomy. No AC but was fine with windows open in late August. Only negative we had was the...
