"We stayed for a concert at Nationwide arena. Was a little bit of a walk but convenient. $37 to valet when they drive the car 2 feet away seems excessive. Propery was nice, very close to everything and a nice safe area from what i experienced. ."

"It was not the worst experience, but it was not the best. We had to change rooms because there was a hole in the shower where the faucet was suppose to be. Not sure if maintenance forgot to alert the front desk so the room would not be rented. They did not have anymore double bed rooms, so had to settle for a king size bed for myself and my daughter. They handeled it very professionally. I just think maintenance dropped the ball. "

"My daughter and I stayed at the Junto for a girl's trip, and it was amazing! The restaurants were amazing, parking was easy, and it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Our room was clean and comfortable, we appreciated the view and the tea. We will happily stay again!"

"Whether we’re checking in late at night, or in the afternoon, we are always greater as if we are the most important people staying there. The beds are comfy and there’s plenty of pillows (too many sometimes). The towels are not scratchy and stuff, and there are enough. When the whole family stays, we ask for more towels and they are delivered in no time! We don’t stay anywhere else when we come to Columbus."

"My family and I came for an event in town and I couldn’t be happier with our stay. The rooms are beautiful as well as super clean. The lobby is simple, yet elegant and well secured at night. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Everyone I encounter always had a smile on their face. The other amazing part is that it’s a short walk to the arena and there was plenty to do within walking distance for sure! The only down side is you have street parking only unless you pay for valet.
