"Lovely room - really nice and the breakfast is really brilliant - you can have fresh juiced pressed, and tonnes on offer. but the rooftop bar and swimming pool was closed for a party for the one night we stayed there which I think was really bad form to not inform us of and charge the same amount - as it’s clearly a selling point of the hotel. "I reached late night they never opened the door despite knocking for 30 minutes, It was cold freezing and raining, I almost died as this was isolated place and walking to any other hotel was very hard, I lost all my booking money and found a nic hotel at 2 am, all time horrible hotel experience."

"This hotel is a classic old spa hotel. The grand entrance on the park side is largely closed off, with a new glass atrium entry on the back alley. But it's worth peaking into the old grand foyer and even the music hall on the top floor. The rooms are fine, although our room for three was just a queen bed so our daughter slept in the loveseat. The breakfast and dinner are included in the rate. It is all right, but there are very limited options. The meals seemed geared for large groups...

"What a lovely spa/hotel and surrounding countryside! The staff is kind and accommodating. And the pools are wonderful. My wife and I started off at Hotel Rosa apartments and opted to transfer to Hotel Sotelia with the adult pool complex. It was a good choice. We have nothing against the young children, but it was nice to rest in the soothing waters without kids running around. The meals were quite good.
