"First off the good: ...the place is beautiful. The rooms are luxurious. We had a 3rd floor room and the stunningly high ceilings and almost floor to ceiling windows gave a great show during an intense thunder storm. There are train tracks right outside the window that slow moving trains regularly pass but (not loud but you hear them at night). It says parking is $25 dollars but that to valet and you can choose to self park right outside the hotel in the valet lot The less than...

"It's a good, basic place to stay. Nothing fancy. Positives: It's spacious, clean, nice kitchen, one really nice mattress. Furniture is mostly second-hand or family hand-me-downs. It's one apartment in a building of 18 units or so. Seems to be a place where the owner drops in and out as there were a good many personal items around. It was fine."
