Breakfast quality mediocre, not worth paying for. Reception on arrival at 8pm was deserted and took a few minutes for someone to appear, generally indifferent welcome. Won’t be staying here again. "

"Close to Birmingham New Street train station, great! Rooms have a more modern style, which is cool! Breakfast area is really nice and the menu served is fresh. There is a small store next to the hotel opened 24 h too! My bed sheets were stained, so it was somewhat uncomfortable, but I would come back still. Recommended in overall! "

We were let down by the room, could hear passing cars, and faulty air conditioning and bath plug. Was in Birmingham for a convention in The Vox, so only had a 5 minute walk around the lake. Reception and Resturant Staff were friendly and welcoming. "

"We had a great two night stay at the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming and our room faultless, a really great space to work and relax. We used the health club facilities on the Friday night and the supervisor was excellent; very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were a little dated and tired in places but we enjoyed the use of them. Overall a good experience. "
